Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time in Brunswick. As a Receptionist at Paul Gnall’s Insurance Agency, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will provide a welcoming, professional experience by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Your role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency by maintaining an organized, efficient front office. Assist with general inquiries and route calls and visitors to the appropriate team members. Process new policies, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance. Respond to customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating more complex matters to management. Handle incoming and outgoing emails and assist with basic communication needs. Maintain accurate records of appointments, messages, and visitor logs as needed. Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency with computers and common office software Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Must obtain your property and casualty license as well as your life and health license Compensation: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year.
