Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in O Fallon, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observed concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and note unusual conditions. Monitor high-traffic retail areas for policy compliance, access concerns, and/or suspicious behavior while maintaining a professional presence. Document incidents, observations, and/or interactions in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
