Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Location: Alpharetta, GA (Face-to-Face Interview Required) Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within MarTech, digital marketing, or campaign management environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable marketing and offer management solutions. Experience with Naehas Offer Management or similar campaign management platforms is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, business process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Participate in client workshops to define campaign strategies, offer management requirements, and personalization initiatives. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution. Analyze campaign and customer data to provide actionable business insights and recommendations. Maintain business documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and platform usage guides. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Required Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech), campaign management, or digital marketing solutions. Strong understanding of: Customer segmentation Personalization Campaign lifecycle management Experience working with one or more of the following platforms: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Similar Marketing Automation platforms Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Naehas Offer Management platform. Experience with customer engagement, offer management, or digital marketing ecosystems. Exposure to enterprise marketing technologies and customer experience platforms.
