The Ōnin Group is hiring a Staffing Recruiter for our Albuquerque, NM branch.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume, in-office recruiting role. This is not a remote position, not a hybrid position, and not a traditional HR desk job. We are looking for someone who understands the pace of staffing and is ready to show up, jump in, and help people get to work.

Attendance, reliability, urgency, follow-through, and clear communication are extremely important in this role. We are a small, busy office, and every person matters.

About the Role

As a Staffing Recruiter, you will help recruit, screen, interview, onboard, and place candidates with local clients. You will work directly with job seekers, teammates, clients, and the branch team to fill open positions quickly and accurately.

This role requires someone who can move fast, stay organized, communicate professionally, and balance compassion with accountability.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates
• Make calls, send texts, follow up, and keep candidates engaged
• Review applications and determine job fit
• Explain job details, pay, schedules, attendance expectations, and onboarding requirements
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Help fill client orders with urgency
• Support walk-ins, appointments, interviews, and daily branch activity
• Communicate professionally with candidates, teammates, and clients
• Work with candidates from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company processes

Important to Know

This role is full-time and 100% in person at our Albuquerque branch. Because this is a small and busy office, attendance is mandatory and reliability is nonnegotiable.

This is not currently a leadership position. There may be opportunity for growth over time based on performance, consistency, business need, and ability to learn the staffing industry.
