What You’ll Do

Step into a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where your organization and analytical skills shine:

• Coordinate daily operational activities tied to the lead program

• Manage both field and administrative tasks to keep workflows on track

• Track, maintain, and reconcile data with a high degree of accuracy

• Run and analyze reports to support business decisions

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity

• Ensure consistent and effective communication with internal teams and customers

• Maintain organized records and documentation for operational transparency

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

  • Data analysis and reconciliation

  • Formulas and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Pivot tables and report generation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks

• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English

• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and standard office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting operational or program-based workflows

• Background in utilities, energy, or a related industry

• Customer service or client-facing experience

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
