Bilingual Customer Service Recruiter
Locations: Tempe & Avondale, AZ | 100% On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This is a people-focused role that combines customer service, candidate support, and recruiting.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable communicating with people by phone, email, text, and in person. Staffing or recruiting experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Answer questions regarding job opportunities, schedules, pay, onboarding, and assignments.
- Recruit and interview candidates for open positions.
- Post jobs on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain communication and follow up with candidates regarding interviews, hiring, and start dates.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, onboarding, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and candidate updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach.
- Work closely with the recruiting and branch team to meet staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with people.
- Previous customer service, recruiting, staffing, sales, or administrative experience is a plus.
- Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, email, social media, and online systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
