Working at the intersection of fintech and emerging technologies, they're developing products that are transforming how financial institutions operate. They're looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with product, engineering and business teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions. What You'll Do Gather and document business requirements Create user stories and functional specifications Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout delivery Analyze and improve business processes Support product testing and stakeholder communication What We're Looking For 3+ years\' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst Background in fintech, financial services or a technology company Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Experience writing user stories and process documentation Exposure to Agile environments What\'s On Offer Up to $170k + equity High-impact role with real ownership Join an experienced, collaborative team Office-based in New York (3 days onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr
