Overview Shift Manager – McDonald’s® company‑owned and independent Owner‑Operator restaurants. We’re looking for dedicated people who want to grow their careers with competitive benefits. Responsibilities Our Shift Managers ensure that everything is under control during their shifts. Typical responsibilities include overseeing all operations from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service in all of our restaurants. Additionally, shift managers are responsible for overseeing adequate maintenance of equipment, keeping track of outlet inventory, and monitoring the quality of products supplied. On average, a McDonald’s shift manager manages a team of 15 to 20 people per shift.
