OBGYN Provider Opportunity
Seeking a BE/BC OBGYN Provider to join a well established group in the Ft Lee NJ area. Most details/specifics on the table for negotiation/discussion. Some details/FAQs below.
Reason for opening? Adding full time OB/GYN provider.
Joining other providers? If so how many? Joining 1 provider.
Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call? M-F open to schedule requests, no weekends.
Deliveries a year? 220 average.
Inpatient? vs Outpatient? This is an off-site Community-Based Practice.
Surg / Deliveries schedule/% Minor surgeries, D&C, hysteroscopy, some laparoscopies, We refer out robotics. We do IOL.
High risk? We treat DM, HTN, AMA, Twins, We also do VBACS.
Delivery own patients or just depends on call rotation? Call rotation every 4th weekend, and 1 weekday. We coordinate coverage with another practice of 2 female physicians.
EMR? Epic.
Comp range: $140 p/hr. ($291,200.00)
Bonus structure/Relo Allowance - To be discussed during interview and outlined in Employment Agreement.
Benefits - Position is benefits eligible - Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, etc. Will be covered during HR interview.
