Production Technician

Responsibilities Operate the cryogenic air separation plant safely to guarantee reliable and efficient performance. Perform and lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain plant safety and equipment integrity. Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to ensure reliability, quality, and efficiency. Adhere strictly to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents immediately. Collect and analyze equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions. Oversee contractors during routine and non‑routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality standards. Execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and propose improvements to enhance process availability and reliability. Qualifications Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with a strong focus on safety. Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation. Knowledge of controls and human-machine interface platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens. Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams. Clear communication of technical information to support safe, coordinated, and effective teamwork. Experience operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely and confidently following established procedures. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Compensation & Benefits Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $61,669 - $90,448.
