Adobe Population Health is seeking a Customer Support Scheduler in Phoenix, AZ to coordinate in-home wellness assessments and other screenings. The role focuses on front-office support, scheduling, and field staff calendar management. You will contact members by phone, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain accurate records while delivering courteous service.
