Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Card Fraud Support Staff member to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a 100% onsite position with virtual interviews. The role involves data entry, critical thinking, and effective communication to support fraud detection and prevention efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong keyboarding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry of disputed transactions into the Core System and/or Visa credit card software.
• Perform general clerical tasks as needed.
• Apply critical thinking to identify and question potential issues in processed information.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure reliability and punctuality in daily attendance at the headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute with strong accuracy.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to process information critically.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Must be able to pass applicable pre-hire compliance checks.
• Ability to work onsite daily at the headquarters during normal business hours: Fort Worth, TX 76155.

Pay Range: $15 - $17/Hr
