Proactively collaborate with client to provide support and deliver solutions ensuring quality care.Work directly with pharmacy operations to address and resolve all service-related issues in a timely manner. Manage client expectations and communicate status updates through issue resolution.Develop strong working relationships and build trust with clients by consistently delivering exceptional service, support and expertise.Serve as liaison/quality assurance point of contact during new client onboarding process ensuring seamless and error free service. Assist in onboarding activities such as data collection and eMAR support.Prepare and deliver business reviews with facility management to review business deliverables and present value-added services.Conduct training sessions and education programs to clients with regard to operational best practices, regulatory compliance and pharmacy tools/systems.Manage client base through documentation in SalesForce CRM system.
