About The Role In this role, you will lead the planning, analysis, design, and delivery of coastal engineering and channel development projects, including sea level rise infrastructure assessments, coastal restoration, shoreline protection, and navigation improvements. You’ll also play a key role in client engagement and business development, helping expand HDR’s coastal presence nationwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate single- and multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle (initiation through close-out) Manage complex small- to medium-sized projects, or serve as a key leader on larger efforts Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality Perform and oversee analysis and design for: Coastal restoration projects Beach nourishment projects Shoreline protection systems (revetments, living shorelines) Sea level rise and resilience assessments Navigation and dredging projects (marinas, harbors, channels) Develop and maintain strong client relationships, participating in marketing and business development efforts Lead or support: Proposal development Scope definition #J-18808-Ljbffr HDR
