Community Manager

Overview Apartment Community Manager – Onsite location in Maryland (Baltimore City). This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at operational execution, team development, and delivering top-tier resident experiences. You will partner closely with the Community Managers and VP of Property Management to drive consistency, performance, and a culture of excellence across your communities. Key Responsibilities Maximize revenue for the property Identify operational challenges and implement creative, cost-effective solutions Fiscal accountability for portfolio performance including budget implementation and occupancy standards Assist in the creation, review, and targeting of annual budgets Monthly specials, pricing, concession, rent roll audit, and market survey analysis New software integration Personnel management: screen, hire, orient, and train new members within established company guidelines Assist community managers in recruiting, interviewing and training all community staff positions Mentor and develop on-site teams to build accountability, engagement, and performance Ensure policies, procedures, and resident service standards are upheld across all communities Qualifications 5+ years of multifamily property management experience Demonstrated success in improving property performance and team leadership Strong financial experience with managing budgets and team performance Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proficiency with Entrata preferred Professional certifications (CAM, CAPS, CPM) preferred Why Join Quest At Quest, we invest in our people—because when our team members succeed, our communities thrive.
