The role requires proficient critical care skills and familiarity with managing a wide range of patient conditions. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess critically ill patients with various medical and surgical needs. Interpret cardiac rhythms and titrate medications as necessary. Perform proning and implement hypothermia protocols. Manage chest tubes, drains, and invasive lines efficiently. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. Proficient in EPIC charting system and BD Alaris IV Pumps. Experience with Pyxis medication dispensing preferred. Ability to work every other weekend and handle holiday shifts as required. Thrive Staffing Job ID 18947836.
