HR Intern

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports continuous improvement initiatives. Participates in review and trending of analyses based off historical data collection. Compiles vendor documents as needed for support of raw material initiatives. Participates in data collection for root cause analysis Provide back-up support for other site leadership, as needed. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a department‑related field from a four‑year college or university. Familiarity with standard concept, practices and procedures of cGMPs. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Strong creativity, innovation, customer focus, decision‑making, technical, organizational/planning, and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is constantly required to talk and hear; frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and climb or balance; and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 25 pounds.
