Job Description
Registered Nurse - Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum

Schedule

Day shifts, 3x12-hour (07:00 - 19:30).

Assignment Details

Float to unit as similar acuity; no block schedules available.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum experience.
• BLS certification.
• IV certification with IV start skills.
• Labor & delivery (L&D) experience.
• EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to postpartum patients and their infants.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and clinical signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and infant care practices.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
