• As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout the night shift
• Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservation modifications with clear communication and positive attitude
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying billing accuracy, updating records, and preparing financial reports for management review
• Ensure the security of the property by monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and managing access control for staff and guests
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent guest services and guest relations skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any issues affecting guest comfort or safety
• Contribute to overall business operations by taking on additional tasks as needed to maintain a productive work environment
