PCGH, Inc. ( formerly Person County Group Homes ) supports adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Since 1975 we’ve focused on person-centered care, community inclusion, and helping people live with more independence.
We’re hiring full-time, set-schedule Direct Support Professionals. These are hands-on roles where your work matters every single day. Paid training, regular coaching, and clear paths to promotion are included.
Open roles (multiple openings)Partial Live-in (7-on / 7-off) Staff DSP — 2 openings
- Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr (base plus differentials) - higher depending on placement and experience
- Schedule Summary: 7-on/7-off: Work seven days in a row, then seven days off. During the on-block you stay in agency-provided furnished housing and meals are provided. Shifts are typically 4-6 hours and land between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with scheduled overnight rest.
- Give hands-on support with daily living skills and individual goals
- Help with personal care, medication checks, and health needs as required
- Watch for safety concerns and respond to incidents per crisis plans
- Keep clear, accurate notes and follow individualized support plans
- Create a steady, home-like environment that helps people thrive
- High school diploma or GED required
- Caregiving experience helpful, but not required - we train great people
- Dependable, honest, and a solid team player
