Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
- Prospect into scaling companies and technical buying groups
- Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals
- Run structured discovery and value-based demos
- Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
Job Requirements
- 48+ years of closing experience (Commercial / Mid-Market)
- Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills
- Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (DevOps / dev tools a big plus)
- Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable
- "Get stuff done" mentality with strong ownership mindset
- Bonus: Spanish-speaking

Job Title and Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000, based on full-time employment.
- Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
