Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Schedule: Flexible Hybrid Schedule
Duration: Approximately 2 Months
Compensation: $40-55/hr (depending on experience)
North Bridge Staffing Group is partnering with a leading global investment management firm seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide temporary coverage for a critical benefits function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional who can quickly step in and support both U.S. and international employee benefits programs in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support U.S. and international employee benefits programs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
- Manage benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and related transactions
- Partner with benefits vendors, brokers, and insurance providers to ensure seamless administration
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
- Assist with benefits reporting, audits, and compliance-related activities
- Support ongoing benefits operations during a team transition period
- Ensure a positive employee experience through responsive and accurate benefits support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience
- Experience supporting international/global benefits programs required
- Experience working with healthcare and benefits vendors, including UnitedHealthcare (UHC), strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and related processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or other corporate environments is a plus
