Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is necessary if ASHA certification has not been obtained yet.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first month of employment.
