The Salvation Army in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Case Manager to oversee a caseload of beneficiaries in a rehabilitation program. Your role includes developing and monitoring program goals, conducting routine evaluations, and advocating for the needs of beneficiaries to facilitate their adjustment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in direct case management or social services. A Certified Addiction Counselor certification is preferred but not required.
