Commercial Operations Specialist

Providing comprehensive commercial and administrative support for Vector3's Managed Services business, the full-time remote Commercial Operations Specialist will coordinate the customer lifecycle from purchase commitment to onboarding, renewal, and documentation management while collaborating closely with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities Track and manage committed opportunities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up for agreements and signatures Maintain the renewal calendar, initiate workflows, and monitor customer health and service scope for contract renewals Ensure compliance with commercial obligations, monitor license usage, and coordinate necessary amendments or agreements for service changes Required Qualifications Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or contract administration Experience maintaining customer and contract information in a CRM platform Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience in reporting and business-process documentation Familiarity with managed services, SaaS, or cybersecurity terminology and practices
