Law and Motion Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Law and Motion Attorney in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, with a comprehensive understanding of civil litigation. This role requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively draft a wide range of litigation documents. Duties Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions, and dispositive motions. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies. Take complete ownership of assigned workload. Contribute positively to the workplace. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ years' experience in civil litigation. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be in good standing with the California State Bar. Education Juris Doctor degree required. Certifications Admission to the California State Bar. Skills Proficient in legal research and writing. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
