CNC Machinist / Shop Foreman

Own the shop. Build precision parts. Lead by example. Phoenix Corporation is hiring an experienced Machinist/Shop Foreman to take ownership of our shop operations while remaining hands-on with machining and fabrication work. What You’ll Do: Operate conventional CNC mills and lathes (HURCO / FRYER) Machine, fabricate, weld, and build assemblies Run day-to-day shop operations Pack trailers, prep field equipment, manage inventory Support field work (25% travel nationwide) What We’re Looking For: Proven machinist experience (not entry-level) Strong conventional machining skills Fabrication & welding experience Prior shop lead/foreman or senior machinist background Ability to work independently and take ownership Bilingual an added plus Why Phoenix: Respect for craftsmanship Variety of work (shop + field) Stable, growing company Competitive pay & benefits Relocation assistance Apply at phoenixcorporation.com, select CAREERS Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
