Kitchen Staff
1 Position Available Starting Pay: $21.00/hour About the Role: Ox Bone Ramen in Westlake Village is looking for a reliable kitchen staff member to join our team for a long-term position. The regular schedule will primarily be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. We are also looking for someone with flexible availability who may be able to cover additional shifts when other team members are unavailable. This position uses a rotation system, so team members are expected to support different kitchen stations as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Cooking and plating ramen and appetizers
• Food preparation and restocking
• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
• Supporting different kitchen stations as needed
• Following recipes, manuals, and kitchen procedures accurately What We’re Looking For: • A team player who communicates clearly and works well with others
• Coachable and able to follow instructions accurately
• Proactive and willing to help without always being asked
• Comfortable switching between different kitchen duties
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Flexible availability to cover additional shifts when needed Requirements: • Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Basic English communication skills required
• Previous kitchen experience preferred
