Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager's supervision. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. As an on-site leader, you will develop budgets, monitor income and expenses, drive occupancy through strategic leasing and resident retention programs, and uphold exceptional customer service for residents and stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
