Location: Emporia, VA POSITION TITLE: Member Service Specialist STATUS: Non-exempt LOCATION: Greensville County office in Emporia, VA REPORTS TO: Agency Manager COMPENSATION: $36,000 - $56,000 Annually Our Greensville County Farm Bureau Office in Emporia, VA has an excellent Full-Time opportunity available for a career oriented, customer focused individual. Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Member Service Specialist is responsible for Providing assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products. Working with our County Board of Directors Assist individuals / members with health insurance needs Qualifications Previous administrative support experience Outstanding technical skills, including MS Office applications Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
