Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Litigation Associate Attorney in Menifee, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated family law cases, including high-asset divorces and contested custody disputes, alongside experienced attorneys and specialists. Duties Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents for various cases. Appear in court and argue hearings. Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies. Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Work directly with clients throughout all litigation phases. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters. Manage increasing responsibilities as experience grows. Requirements Litigation experience preferred; exceptional candidates with less experience considered. Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Desire to become a skilled courtroom advocate. Strong work ethic and commitment to client service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Family law experience preferred but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
