What You’ll Need A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar B2B role with a demonstrated track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets. Self‑directed, outcome‑focused, and proactive—taking initiative, acting decisively, and consistently delivering results. Good listening skills, curiosity, and a passion for learning about customers’ needs to solve problems and win business. Strong planning and preparation skills to conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
