Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate, also known as Onboarding Specialist, to coordinate client pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation in a fast-paced environment. You will manage background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify compliance, while delivering world-class customer service at the front desk and maintaining office supplies and paperwork.
