• Shift: 24-hour call (0700-0700) with backup support
• Hours/Week: Flexible based on schedule (10-12 days/month)
• Employment Type: Locum/Full-time opportunity
• Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Washington required
• Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred but not mandatory

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

• Provide Urological consults and manage a broad spectrum of patient needs
• Assist with clinic examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
• Conduct scheduled OR procedures, including cystoscopies, biopsies, and other urologic interventions
• Participate in 24/7 call coverage, primarily on a 10-12 day/month schedule
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up of patient treatments

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Urology certification and experience preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to manage clinic flow and perform diagnostic procedures independently
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
