What We’re Looking For A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment. Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues. Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards. Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics. Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
