We looking for a Marketing Specialist . You will have tools most single-community marketers never get. Our technology stack includes AI-driven lead generation and automated follow-up, a CRM, and institutional-grade financial reporting. This role can be full-time or part-time . If you deliver, the compensation reflects it. What you will do: Fill beds at premium private-pay rates. Build referral relationships. Manage the prospect pipeline from inquiry to move-in. Protect rate integrity. Drive local digital presence. Coordinate with leadership on paid campaigns and brand consistency. Plan and execute community outreach events. Report weekly on pipeline metrics. What you will bring: Experience in senior living, home health, hospice, or healthcare marketing and sales. Youunderstand the referral ecosystem and you know what a discharge planner needs to hear. A bias toward action. This is a lease-up. We are not looking for someone to build a 90-day strategicplan. We are looking for someone who will be in the field this week, knocking on doors, schedulinglunches, and booking tours. Comfort selling at a premium price point. This is not the cheapest option in the market. It is the bestoption for families who want boutique, high-touch care in a real home. You need to believe that,articulate it, and close on it.
