Location: 302 Cedar Ridge Rd, Sissonville, WV 25320
Facility: LTC/SNf
Shift: 7pm 7am (Schedule flexible to center's needs. Every other weekend required.)
Contract: 6 weeks
Pay rate: $40/hr on w2
Start: TBD
Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, medicine administration and reminders, assisting RNs.
- Care/Rehab or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
