In this vital role, you'll drive impactful orientation and ongoing training programs, directly supporting our Operations teams and empowering employees to grow their skills and careers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Coach:  Supervise regional training staff, provide ongoing coaching, and support professional development through evaluations and mentorship.
  • Drive Training Excellence: Oversee New Staff Orientation (NSO) and continuing education programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Design & Develop: Create and update engaging training content, manuals, and resources aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain instructor certifications and ensure all training aligns with policies, regulations, and Dungarvin’s service philosophy.

  • Leverage Technology: Utilize Learning Management Systems and training software to deliver, track, and analyze training across multiple locations.
  • Maintain Records:  Ensure accurate documentation of training activities, certifications, and billing (where applicable).

If you’re ready to lead with purpose and help build a culture of learning and growth, we want to hear from you!

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with care industry regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA, OSHA, CBRF, and Medicaid.
  • Relevant Experience:  Previous work in human services, healthcare, or developmental disabilities, with direct experience or strong understanding of the populations served, including developmental disabilities and mental health.

  • Adaptability & Initiative:  Anticipate learning needs, respond to change, and take proactive steps to innovate and evolve training programs.
