Technical Support and Quality Specialist

Our Client is looking for a Quality Control Tech that provides phone-based technical support to customers. This position is asked to assist the Quality Control Manager with inspecting parts and material to the standards provided by the company. This is a temp to hire position, and they are looking for people with great attitudes.

Job Requirements

Solving technical support issues and assisting customers with setup and operation of product via phone, email, and on-site.
Repairing material and products
Inspecting material and parts for assurance

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office (word,excel) and typing abilities
Associates Degree
Fast learner and ability to understand technical information
Attention to detail with problem-solving skills

This position is dependent on a background check and drug screen.
