The responsibilities can evolve based on your experience and strengths, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly complex operational, financial, and project-based initiatives.You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners and have exposure to multiple investment structures, including open-ended funds and venture capital funds.What You’ll DoSupport day-to-day investment and fund operations for open-ended investment funds.Reconcile trades, positions, cash, and other investment activity between internal records and external service providers.Partner with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely processing.Support the full trade lifecycle, including settlements, corporate actions, cash movements, and related operational activities.Assist with operational and financial processes across additional fund structures, including venture capital funds.Help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.Take ownership of ad hoc projects and special initiatives across the firm.Work independently while collaborating closely with a highly experienced and knowledgeable team.Grow the scope of the role based on your background, interests, and ability to take on new challenges.
