Job Overview A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation Associate in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters related to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Duties Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits in business transactions. Draft and review compensation‑related agreements and documents. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for mergers and acquisitions. Requirements 2-6 years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas or eligible for admission. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
