Home-Based Family Centered Treatment Specialist
HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC
Georgia HOPE, part of Health Connect America, seeks a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to provide evidence-based services in homes and communities. You will work with children and families using a structured, four-phase model to set goals, build skills, and promote lasting well-being.
