ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. You will work closely with leadership and external partners while contributing to the financial health and strategic growth of the organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjustments and general ledger reviews Prepare financial statements and management reports Conduct monthly KPI analysis and evaluate gross and net margins Monitor and record employee expenses, including corporate credit cards and reimbursements Support internal and external audits Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Act as the main point of contact for external tax advisors Develop reports, analyses, and action plans for Management Assist with occasional administrative and operational tasks WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Strong understanding of P&L statements and balance sheets Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with tax-related processes is considered a strong advantage WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and international environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to multiple areas of finance and business operations A company culture that fosters a strong sense of belonging, initiative, and continuous improvement Long-term career growth JOB TYPE Full-time BENEFITS 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
