About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be a financially rigorous professional with a strategic mindset, capable of balancing commercial performance, profitability, and growth with a strong mission focus. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, providing clear financial insights to the leadership and the Board, and managing a range of financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role demands a leader who can ensure compliance with financial, tax, and reporting requirements across all operating geographies, as well as assess and manage financial risks with a particular focus on assurance, accreditation, and regulatory considerations. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification, and a proven track record in senior financial leadership roles. Experience in professional services or assurance-based business models is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in third-party certification or similar environments. The successful candidate will be adept at leading finance organizations through growth and expansion, and must be comfortable with the intersection of mission, margin, and regulation. Key qualifications include a strong background in financial operations, compliance, risk management, and capital allocation, as well as experience in M&A, international tax planning, and ERP/FP&A platform implementation.
