Office Manager

is a highly engaged leader that possess a high level of acuity in business acumen and is focused on developing a patient-focused team that is goal oriented. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location. Enforce all corporate policies and procedures. Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating any changes or news in a supportive and constructive way. Assist with executing day-to-day operations of the office. Monitor and assist with office flow, supply inventory, team member training and other duties as assigned or needed within the office. Assist leading the office by guiding them to success through focused support and coaching as directed by the Office Manager. Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager. Previous medical office experience preferred; Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience High school diploma or GED required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

This role requires a variety of physical activities to effectively perform essential job functions. Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, as the role demands constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology. Visual and auditory acuity-including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus-is required 100% of the time.
