· Desirable Practice Setting: 100% community-based outpatient care
· Work-Life Balance: Four days on-site with one day dedicated to admin
· Light, Predictable Call: rotating home call (2 weeknights + 1 weekend/month)

Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary with bonus incentives after first year
· CME Package: $3,000 allowance + 5 days annually
· Retirement: Generous employer match up to 7.75% — one of the stronger packages in the market
Qualifications
· Degree: Psychiatry
· Certifications: BE/BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
· Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced faculty
