Sales Representative Deal Closer

The Budds is looking for a persuasive, results-driven sales representative to turn leads into booked jobs. We provide residential and commercial cleaning and property maintenance services in the Los Angeles area.

We need someone who can build trust, handle objections, follow up consistently, and confidently ask for the sale.

**Responsibilities**

* Respond promptly to incoming leads by phone, text, and email.
* Understand customers’ needs, explain our services, and prepare quotes using our pricing guidelines.
* Follow up with prospects and close deals.
* Address questions and objections about pricing, services, and scheduling.
* Reconnect with previous customers to generate repeat bookings.
* Recommend additional services and recurring service plans when appropriate.
* Keep customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities updated in our CRM.
* Coordinate booked jobs with our operations team.
* Meet agreed sales and booking targets.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in phone sales, closing deals, or appointment setting with closing responsibilities.
* Strong spoken and written English.
* Confidence discussing prices, handling objections, and asking customers to book.
* Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-ups.
* Experience using CRM software and online communication tools.
* Availability to communicate with customers during Los Angeles business hours.
* For remote applicants: reliable internet, a computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
* Experience selling home services is a plus.
