Your role in our mission

• Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Assist in evaluating and improving business processes, workflows, and user experiences.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Contribute to requirements management, change management, feasibility assessments, and other phases of the project lifecycle.
• Research issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive business and operational outcomes. ole

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, testing, or a related discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, and systems solutions.
• Familiarity with technology and software development concepts.
• Healthcare industry experience, preferably Medicaid and/or Medicare, preferred.

What you should expect in this role

• Hybrid - Office in Tucker, GA
• Must reside within 1 hour or less commuting distance to Tucker, GA. as required for occasional onsite.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $52,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
