- Troubleshoot applications, dashboards, integrations, permissions, and workflow failures and coordinate resolution with cybersecurity, IT, data-governance, records-management, and vendor partners as needed.
- Administer safety and health systems that support driver and vehicle monitoring, training, compliance tracking, incident prevention, auditing, and performance management.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses, dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations using leading and lagging indicators to communicate performance, compliance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data definitions, system inventories, process maps, test plans, support procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Train and support users, explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, and measure solution adoption, reliability, effectiveness, and business value.
- Evaluate and responsibly use company-approved AI tools to automate routine work, enhance analysis and reporting, and improve business efficiency while protecting confidential employee, driver, vehicle, incident, and compliance information.
