Shift Manager Race Track Rd 4630 Race Track Rd St. Johns, FL 32259 Job Description This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet goals. Requirements Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
